When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 22, 2026. You can reply directly through our RSVP page on this site.

Is transportation provided?

Yes — complimentary shuttles will run from each hotel block to Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion. Shuttle pickup begins at 1:00 PM from your hotel lobby. Please plan to arrive at the venue by 1:45 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking is available at Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion if you prefer to drive.

What should I wear?

Dress code: (TBD). Woodend Sanctuary is a nature preserve with some outdoor portions, so plan for grass-friendly footwear.

Are kids welcome?

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones will be addressed individually on your invitation. If you have questions, please reach out to us directly.

Which airport should I fly into?

Reagan National (DCA) is closest to Bethesda at about 20 minutes. Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington (BWI) are also good options. Amtrak service to Washington Union Station is available if you prefer to travel by train.
